Log in nowSubscribed Agents benefit from their own personal control interface, which allows them to manage their listings by adding and removing properties at will, or even search for properties on behalf of their buyers.
At the top right of the control interface is an Alert Icon that notifies Agents when a seller seeks representation. The Agent simply clicks on the Alert Icon, which provides the seller's contact information. You can then contact this seller and schedule the usual appointment. However, since all subscribed Agents have access to this feature, it is crucial to act quickly to be the first to respond and secure the listing!

Sellers: By joining our platform, there is no longer a need to solicit multiple Agencies to try to sell your property. Once subscribed for the minimal price of just €12, your property will be accessible not only to your Agent’s buyers but also to interested buyers worldwide through one of our Agents.
Sellers can then add a photo of their property and provide their contact details on the platform: all that's left is to wait for a response from an Agent! Once the Agent has collected the necessary information and photos, they will upload your property to the platform, making it visible to all potential buyers.

We’ve worked hard to ensure our platform is easy to use for agencies, buyers and sellers.
You can gain access to our platform by paying one simple fee per year by credit/debit card.
The subscription for Agents is €365 per year. This includes upload of unlimited properties.
The subscription for Sellers is €12 per year. This includes the initial upload of the property as well as access to the platfrom search.
The subscription for Buyers is €12 per year, which allows access to the platform search.
To register, simply click on the `Create an account` button. This will redirect you to add your details and to the payment section.
Yes. As a seller you can upload your property details including photos to the platform, MATRIX agents within your area will submit a proposal to you, explaining why they are the one to take on your mandate. As you will only need one agent, your chosen agent will then make contact with you to arrange a meeting. Your property will then be made live on the platform via the agent.
As agents have their own property portfolios, each registered agent is allowed to subscribe to the platform. If you are an agency with no agents, then the agency will subscribe.
No. Renewals will be automatic each year. If you no longer wish to subscribe, then we must be notified 28 days before the renewal date.
On your personal dashboard there will be an alert icon when a new property is available.
